Game: Lunacy
This year’s FIRST game is known as Lunacy. Lunacy is played on a very different field from previous years. Known as the Crater, this field is meant to simulate the moon’s weak gravity by providing a very slippery surface with a friction coefficient of roughly 1/6th that of the previous years’ field. The game is played by two alliances consisting of three teams each, who compete with each other by attempting to obtain a higher score through placing moon rocks, empty cells, and super cells in trailers hitched to their opponent’s robots.
