The meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm.

    • Java One
      • Presented
      • Gave contacts, people asked how to donate
      • Some people wanted to start own team
      • Took videos

  • Ongoing Activities
    • Botball Commendation
      • Next Tuesday (16th) invited to Council Meeting
      • If going leave at 6:45 PM
    • Newsletter Distribution
      • Ask office how they send out newsletters, bring extra copy to show
      • If cost more than $80, need approval
    • Team Status/Yearbook Page
      • Seniors bought a page for Robotics (pg 268)
      • So far Michael has no updates
      • Plan: say we are a team then see what happens
      • Tell yearbook about this, see if there is a form
      • David sends email by Thursday
  • New and Upcoming Business
    • Tech Museum
      • About 14 people
      • Call, send email telling museum and rookie teams how to prepare
      • Yuya will make a map by Thursday afternoon
      • Leave at about 9:30, starts 11:00 ends 3:00

      • Cal Games is on the same day as SAT’s, ask if can move it
      • Will definitely go to Cal Games
      • Tier 1: 12-4, need people for field construction
      • If not enough people, then no Fleet week (maybe talk to other clubs about that)
