- After Thursday we should have some proofread-able stuff

- Toshi and Annie went yesterday
- Finished putting in most of the pictures
- Need to finish in the next two weeks
- For captions, we need to get input from the members
- Only have 2 meetings to get that input
- Plan: have people edit it on their own at the meeting to attract attention, also have a packet with all the pictures so people can write comments there too
- Chairman’s Award DVD
- Worked on it yesterday
- Either have someone talking and have pictures in the background, or have someone talk about the video
- Will work on that Thursday and Sunday
- Haiti Fundraiser
- Talked to office
- There’s an exception for Haiti
- Need to make a table for people who want to donate
- Money based on how much our alliance scores
- Eric will run this
- Eric- make the pledge sheets
- What will the motivation be?
- Why would people want to try to collect prizes?
- Maybe have an inter-team competition- all the teams earn money for Haiti, send us totals, then we announce winner and recognize teams who participated
- But what’s in it for them?
- Why should they send the money to us?
- We need something a bit more direct
- We can be a model for other teams- inspire them to do the same
- To do that, we need to earn money ourselves
- How?- have incentives? (might lose money? Or “break even” which makes it pointless)

- Have the option to just pay also
- Will recognize the top fundraisers (motivation)
- We also need to submit a fundraiser form to ASB
