- Need to work on the website feature that allows members to click on an event and be linked to a sign up page
- Also need to send out Wednesday PowerPoints and meeting recaps

- Karthik has given MG a brief overview of WordPress
- Need a vision for the website
- Don’t get too caught up in the technical aspects
- Maybe ask for some opinions- friends, family, etc.

- Pretty much final, might make a few more small changes

- Also need a good picture of our current robot with the mascot for the cover page

- 360 Degree Robot Photograph
- On May 15th from 11AM-3PM
- Added grommets to the green screen so they’ll be easier to hang in the future
- Pictures had varying levels of brightness
- But there’s only a few and Haochuan can correct this
- According to Daiwei, making the stop motion video won’t take long with Sony Vegas
- Not many people participated though- even though this event was announced over and over at the lunch meetings and through emails
- How to increase participation?
- Maybe set a specific date for all Robotics events?
- Then members can plan their schedules around these meetings (just like the Tuesday active member meetings)

- Got a simple LED on, drove the RC Car around in a parking lot, and worked with Mr. W’s code

- New ideas:
- Hook up a GPS to the RC Car and get it to go to specific locations (point to point) by itself
- Bring an RC Car to the lunch meeting for advertisement?
