- Members can sign up for the events using the login they were sent at the beginning of the year
- Helps members to see who else is signed up and gives them incentive

- Will finish in a few weeks so it can be proofread

- Thinking about starting Robocode and RC Cars again next year since it’s a bit late this year
- Brian knows a lot about Robocode so if he can come up with an activity, he could lead a Robocode workshop
- Many freshmen are interested in Robocode – this type of activity might appeal more to them, get them more active
- About 5 people are interested among the officer team
- Get a tentative attendance list to see if people are interested
