Notes for the meeting of
October 9th, 2007

Officers Present: Charles Lin, Yuzhi Zheng, Michael Wachenschwanz, Daiwei Li, John Chai, Aashish Sreedharan, David Liu, Andrew Su, Manisha Vashista, Toshitaka Tachibana, Edward Lu
Advisors Present: Mr. David Giandomenico
Officers Absent:None
Guests: Yusuke Sato, Avik Debnath

The meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm.
 

Hey Everyone,

These are topics we discussed in this meeting.

• Old Business
  • Club Day:
    • Pretty Succesful.
    • Passed out buttons and flyers.
  • Parent Meeting:
    • Had lots of parent there.
  • Fleetweek:
    • We earned about $3000.
• New Business
  • CalGames:
    • We have 2 parties:
      • We have 9 vounteers to help set-up the field. (Parents Mr. Chai, and Mr. Ho)
      • We have the pit crew get our pit area ready, and the robot installed.
    • On October 13th.
  • T-Shirts:
    • Designs due on Novermber 14th.
    • Michael’s in charge.
    • Alternate apparel is Beanies, and mayeb Polos.
• Officer Reports:
  • Daiwei Li:
    • We have $4000.
  • John:
    • Need to get RC Cars built and start classes.
  • Aashish:
    • Cupertino decided to stick with Monta Vista as a mentor.
• Open Floor Discussions:
  • Constitution:
    • Have made the changes, and will talk about them next week.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:47 pm. (O NO!!! We broke our record of our meeting being longer then the previous ones. Whatvever will we do now?)
