The Funky Monkeys and Prospect High School’s Gearheads jointly gave a robot demonstration in the San Jose Tech Museum of Innovation. This demonstration attracted the attention of many young children who were interested in our robot and eager to drive it. Many adults and parents to those young children were also thrilled by our machine, especially with their kids behind the wheels. This demo is aimed to encourage young children to participate in robotics. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for new members to practice their public speaking skills.
